How does factoring work?

Financing is offered in that 70 to 90 percent of the value of the invoice (advance) is paid into the account of the seller of the invoice, minus the factoring fee. The remaining 10 to 30 percent of the value of the invoice is paid after the due date, or after the debt is paid by the debtor, reduced by the factoring interest calculated on the amount of the advance.
